Clients are allowed to hold their case or request for a period of one year from the date of payment if they are not ready to proceed. In such cases, we will deduct processing fees, payment gateway charges, and any government fees applicable before issuing a refund.

Refunds will be issued after deduction of processing fees, payment gateway charges, government fees, and any costs related to the resources allocated to your case. Clients can claim a refund within *14 days* from the payment date.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or other factors that hinder our ability to deliver services, we are not liable for delays or failures. This includes but is not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, terrorism, or any other event outside of our control.
